Painting Strata communities with Pride
Strata properties come with their own set of challenges: multiple owners, shared common areas, tight timelines and councils who need clear communication every step of the way. Pride Painting has the experience to manage all of it.
From condo buildings and townhome complexes to strata offices and amenity spaces, we work directly with strata councils and property managers to plan projects that stay on budget, on schedule and out of the way of residents’ daily lives.
Are you an individual owner rather than a strata council? If you’re painting the inside of your own unit, that’s a different job and it’s usually your decision rather than the strata’s — see condo painting or townhome painting.
If you’re searching for a strata painting company near you, Pride Painting is a proven local choice, trusted by strata councils and property managers from Victoria to Nanaimo.

MARY-ELLEN LUNDGREN
“We got the main floor of our Saanich BC house painted last week and it looks amazing! Excellent attention to detail, blemish coverage and repair where needed, and no mess! We covered up an awfully dark brown with Honied White by Sherwin Williams and the place feels brand new. Professional, quick, and always polite and friendly, the painters made the experience a breeze.”
“Thanks to Jin and Alfonso from Pride Painting for helping paint the exterior of my house. They brought a professional sprayer from the company, which helped the work go much faster and gave the house a very smooth, even finish. My house is quite large, and they spent a couple of weekends completing the project. They worked efficiently and professionally throughout the entire process. Both of them were very polite and paid great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Pride Painting to my neighbors and friends for any future painting services.”
LIBBY WILLIAMSON
“Pride painting did an incredible job painting the exterior of our house. Rob was wonderful to communicate and coordinate the project with. Stephen had great ideas and was very helpful in colour selection. Marcus and his crew were so friendly, professional, and efficient in completing the painting. Would definitely use them again!”
CAROL PORTER
“Pride Painting did a great job of painting my townhouse. Their advice on the type of paint to use, the finish, and the colour was excellent. The painters were efficient and very professional. This was the second time I’ve hired Pride Painting, and I highly recommend them.”
MLCA CONSULTING SOLUTIONS
“Well tight timelines – lots of painting – walls, trim, doors , closets – very good work – many offers to come back for touch ups Thanks Leon and crew!”
D KINVICTORIA
“From beginning to end, the experience using Pride Painting here in Victoria was superb. Stephan came promptly to give an estimate, a few days later, Nico and Alphonso came for a full day of work. Stephan finished up the next day. Friendly, respectful and hardworking young men. And all coordinated by Rob. What a great team. My bedroom and bathroom look fresh and renewed. Thanks!”
